Rosie Benn is a transdisciplinary artist based in Vienna. Her practice inspired by dialogical aesthetics, critical theory and queer ecologies explores environmental discourses through non-linear narratives and applies the technique of collage to various media. In 2020 Rosie completed her MA in Art & Science at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. Her current project, supported by the Ministry of Science, Research and Education, explores through artistic means interspecies relations in biocyclic-vegan agriculture. Rosie is also working with the organisation wormsystems (wurmkiste) on a project supported by the ASF Hub in which the first five official worm hotels in Vienna are being established, her role is to guide the artistic process of this multispecies project aimed at redefining waste.
